Getting started
Enspeller brings manuscript writing, continuity review, Canon, structure, and project history into one workspace.
The workspace at a glance
- Home holds projects. A project can contain more than one manuscript.
- Manuscript opens the binder and the writing surface.
- Critic contains findings, revision comparison, history, and Bookclub.
- Canon contains extracted and author-confirmed story facts.
- Ask answers questions from your manuscript and cites its evidence.
Inside a manuscript, the binder on the left moves between chapters. The panel on the right gives quick access to Canon, findings, structure, proposed edits, and Ask. Both side panels can be hidden independently.
Your first useful pass
- Create a project or import an existing draft.
- Write or revise normally. Saving starts locally, including while offline.
- Run Critic when you want a complete review.
- Open each finding and inspect both the established and conflicting evidence.
- Resolve a corrected issue or mark a deliberate choice intentional.
