Plans and usage

Settings → Usage & plan shows the active workspace's subscription and the capacity available for requested analysis.

Read the dashboard

Depending on your role, the page can show:

• the active plan and subscription status;
• included, used, reserved, and available AI credits;
• the current usage cycle and reset date;
• daily activity and feature totals; and
• recent operations with their project and feature labels.

Owners and audit members can inspect account-wide usage. Other members can use enabled features without necessarily seeing the team's full billing dashboard.

AI credits

Credits are Enspeller's usage unit for analysis and indexing. Different tasks can use different amounts based on their scope. Credits do not represent a fixed number of words, model tokens, or cash value.

Included credits reset with the displayed usage cycle and do not roll over. Work that is actively running may reserve capacity until it completes or fails.

Reaching zero pauses new analysis tasks until the cycle resets or the plan changes. Editing, local saving, sync, Formatter checks, history, and export remain available.

Voice minutes

Voice Discourse has a separate per-user minute allowance shown under Settings → Voice & audio. Conversation grounding and summaries can still use AI credits. Reaching the voice limit leaves text Discourse available.

Start or change a subscription

Available plans and current prices appear in the application. Before opening hosted checkout, Enspeller shows the recurring amount, cadence, tax notice, and cancellation terms. The hosted checkout page shows the final amount before you confirm payment.

For an existing subscription, the page may offer eligible plan, cadence, or team-seat changes. Mid-cycle changes can produce proration; review the hosted billing details and the application's recurring-total notice.

Manage billing or cancel

Select Manage billing for payment methods, invoices, and billing details. Select Cancel subscription for the active subscription; the hosted cancellation page shows the effective date before final confirmation.

Canceling a subscription does not delete manuscripts or close the Enspeller account. Account closure is a separate action under Settings → Account.

Team seats

Team owners choose Standard and Premium quantities and one billing cadence. Assigned members and pending invitations count against their selected tier. A tier cannot be reduced below current assignments; change or revoke invitations and assignments first.

If usage looks unexpected

Filter recent operations by date, project, member, or feature where available. Remember that indexing, background analysis, Ask, Discourse, Bookclub, and full Critic passes can all contribute. If a running reservation remains after the task has clearly failed, refresh the dashboard and contact support with the operation label and time.
