Critic findings
Critic looks for possible continuity, character, and structural issues. Each finding is anchored to manuscript evidence.
Read a finding
- Established shows what the manuscript previously made true.
- Violated shows the passage that may conflict with it.
- Confidence reports how strongly the evidence supports the question.
Decide what it means
- Resolve after correcting or otherwise settling the issue.
- Intentional records a deliberate contradiction or device so it is not raised again as the same problem.
- Ask opens a grounded conversation about the evidence.
When a finding includes a proposed change, it appears in Edits for review.
